Return Policy (Get your money back)

Based on standard refund policy methods.

Products bought from MyGica Srilanka are eligible for refund/claim. It may be

• Damage during Shipping “
• Non working or Not in good working  order
• Not received during the as agreed time period (within 60 days)
• Products received not as described

 Total cost of the original purchase price (Shipping costs & Local Bank commissions 

Excluded MyGica Srilanka will fully refund the cost of your purchase.

Items purchased should be returned in the same condition as received.

Damage during the Shipping 

• To avoid disputes between the courier companies, please open the package to see the product is physically O.K.If it is O.K,
• Then you can place your signature in the receipt given to you by the courier person on delivery.  ( Very Important )
• If you are not the parcel receiving person please instruct the above conditions to the person that your parcel is received
• Request should be directly made to us within…48…hours in case of “Non-working “or Not in Good Working Order.

• Outside Sri Lanka - Within maximum 60 working days days – Payable with Less Shipping Charge / Bank Commissions
• Inside Sri Lanka - Within maximum 14 working Days - Payable with Less Shipping Charge / Bank Commissions
